This plan was developed in conjunction with the Sydney Adventist Hospital Integrated Cancer Centre. The plan aims to educate and assist participants in making lifestyle choices that help to reduce the risk of cancer.

Facilitated over 4 weeks, each week presents a series of educational videos and daily activities that support the development of positive lifestyle habits. Participants are encouraged to perform the activities and log their progress.
